Leanne Ryan is a Microbiologist at Arcinova with nearly five years’ experience in microbiology, including one year with the company. As part of the Microbiology team, she supports GMP manufacturing of technical and clinical drug batches through routine environmental monitoring, microbiological method validation, and drug product testing to support batch release to clinic. She also authors quarterly microbial trending reports to drive continuous improvement and ensure GMP compliance. In addition, Leanne is a trained first aider and is actively involved in Arcinova’s colleague engagement programme, The Hive.

Leanne holds a BSc in Marine Biology and an MRes in Toxicology from Newcastle University.
