Greg Seed is the Head of the mRNA Service Line at Arcinova, a Quotient Sciences Company. With over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing across commercial and early-phase clinical CDMO environments, he has extensive experience supporting the development and delivery of advanced therapeutic products, with a number of years focused on the contract development activities required to advance innovative RNA therapeutics.

Throughout his career, Greg has successfully led complex programmes and multidisciplinary teams, creating value through effective project delivery and operational leadership. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Greg combines technical expertise with a pragmatic leadership approach to help customers navigate the challenges of pharmaceutical development and progress innovative RNA therapeutics from early development through to clinical manufacture.
