Eve Spirit is the Microbiology Team Leader at Arcinova with over five years of experience in pharmaceutical microbiology. She began her career as a QC Microbiologist, developing a strong foundation in GMP laboratory operations before progressing into a leadership role. In her current position, Eve leads and manages the microbiology team, with responsibility for method validation, workload planning, routine and non-routine testing, and aseptic operations. 

She is committed to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, GMP-compliant work, while maintaining robust quality standards and supporting continuous improvement within the laboratory.
