Dr Edwige Picazo is a Drug Development Associate and Project Manager with a strong background in medicinal chemistry and radiochemistry. She holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Newcastle University, where her research focused on designing and synthesising chemical probes for cancer research.

Prior to joining Arcinova, Edwige gained seven years of laboratory experience as an organic synthetic chemist, working on drug design and discovery programmes. She spent over four years in non‑GMP and GMP radiosynthesis before moving into Scientific Consulting and Project Management. Her practical radiosynthetic experience plays a key role in supporting the design, management and delivery of radiolabelled drug development programmes.
