Andrew Spencer CMIOSH is an Environment, Health & Safety Manager with extensive experience supporting regulated scientific and manufacturing environments. A Chartered Member of IOSH, he provides EHS leadership at the Alnwick site, working in partnership with operational and technical teams to embed a strong and sustainable safety culture.

Andrew plays a key role in risk management, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, while also supporting training, incident investigation, and behavioural safety initiatives. He is passionate about delivering practical, proportionate safety solutions that protect people and support operational excellence.
